Ontogenix rebrands as Peerset and Appoints Chetan Mathur as Interim CEO, Greg Keegstra
as Vice President of Business Development and Jordan Banks as a Member of the Board
of Directors
TORONTO, ONTARIO - (November 11, 2008) – Ontogenix (now Peerset), a leading provider
of social ad targeting technology, announced today the appointments of Chetan Mathur
as interim CEO, Greg Keegstra as Vice President of Business Development and Jordan
Banks to the Board of Directors. Chetan will be taking on the strategic operations
of Peerset and will maintain his role as Chairman of the Board.

Chetan Mathur is one of North America's most successful high-tech entrepreneurs
and business visionaries. Over the course of his 20 year career, he has become a
trusted advisor to top IT executives. As CEO of both M Systems Group and Sage Information
Consultants, Chetan led these companies through exceptional growth and significant
exit.
Greg brings over fifteen years of business development and marketing experience
working with top media and technology companies. Prior to joining Peerset, he led
marketing for AOL's developer programs. Previous experience includes partner development
roles at Verizon, Exodus Communications and Media.net.
Jordan Banks brings over nine years of experience in running online businesses.
Most recently, he was the CEO of JumpTV (AIM, TSX: JTV), a leading broadcaster of
sports and international television over the Internet. Prior to JumpTV, Jordan was
the managing director of eBay Canada and was responsible for growing the activity
of Canadians to over one billion dollars in 2007. Chetan Mathur welcomed Jordan’s
appointment. “Jordan is one of North America’s leading authorities on digital media.”
Ontogenix also announced today their rebranding as “Peerset” and the opening of
a San Francisco office to be managed by Greg Keegstra, Vice President of Business
Development.
With this rebranding and enhanced presence in the Bay-area, Peerset is prepared
to take advantage of market opportunities inherent in the social media ecosystem.
